1. Shipping

Orders placed on the site www.lusbycm.com are sent by CTT with a tracking number to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.

For orders up to 2kg:

National - 5,90 €

Europe (1) - € 16.85

Rest of the world - 26,45 €

Shipping Time:

National - 3-5 business days

Europe - 5-7 business days

Rest of the world (2) - 7 to 15 business days

For orders over 2Kg:

National - 14.30 €

Europe (1) - € 34.00

Rest of the world - 67,50 €

2. Returns

We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your product, but if for any reason you want to return or exchange it, right after your order has been delivered, you must contact us and ship the items you wish to return in the deadlines that are set in our Terms & Conditions.

Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered: intact and complete, never worn, washed, adulterated or damaged. Also, the products must be returned in their original packaging, with all their original labels and the receipt. We advise you to keep the packaging tightly sealed to avoid damage during shipment. 

We are not responsible for lost returns, so we recommend that our customers send their packaging in registered mail, with a tracking number. 

Only LUS has the power to decide whether the products are in their original state. Once we receive your return, we will check the packaging and condition of the returned items and if they are not in the same condition as they were delivered, LUS has the right not to refund.

The refund will be made through the same payment method used by the customer when placing the order. All costs associated with returning items are the costumer’s responsibility.
